You're traveling through another dimension. This dimension is not only of creativity and sight but of my mind. Your journey into this wondrous land whose boundaries are that of a keen imagination. Your next stop...the Creative Zone.
Since we have entered the Creative Zone. I painted this last night. I used acrylic paint, blue ink with my spritzer, & a gold marker. Card stock makes for a wonderful medium for acrylic paint. Did you know that acrylic paint trumps blue ink and water. I didn't know this until I start spritzing the ink and water on the paper. It just rolled right off the acrylic paint and onto the paper.
Shh...Magic is sleeping. She likes to sleep about 8 hours during the day. And then she wakes for her dinner. And then she goes back to sleep. My cat is so still when she sleeps that she looks like she is a statue. This is Magic curled up in a circle on a blanket while I was on the computer yesterday. She knows that she owns the house. I just get to live in the house so that someone can make sure she gets her can food.

Hello Susan! You've got Inspiration.
I am member and go to Pinelake Church in Brandon, MS. This campus is beautiful. I just thought this Sunday when part of my Small Group and I was sitting on these wonderful couches after the service this church has so much inspiration in. I have never been to a church that has so many paintings. I keep staring at this beautiful abstract painting while they were gabbing it up. I made a version of this painting on card stock with Stampin' Up! reinkers and a huge butterfly stamp. Oh and I used glitter glue.
Of course theirs is much more vibrant and they have professional lighting. But I have butterflies and glitter glue. I definitely need to work on my technique and add some bright colors to my palette. You are now free to fly about your day.

All that Glitters is Gold
Well, it is Monday.
I have another picture of a painting to show y'all. And a special photo that is not a typically a painting.
I found this in my archive of photos. I made this magnet from Stampin' Up! DSP and a K-cup coffee box. The embelly is a flower from Stampin' Up! I love these. My whole refrigerator should be covered in them. I do have two others of a different style on my refrigerator. My cat loves to play with them. She get on top of the refrigerator and bats them with her paw. She gets them to fall to the floor. Then she picks them up with her sharp teeth and carries them to the bed. She leaves them as presents.
This painting was fun to do. I painted the background colors (blue, yellow, & green). And then I tore strips of newspaper to make the trunk of the trees. I use white glue to paste the newspaper to the canvas. And I painted little dots for the leaves.
This is the Special picture of my painted nails. They are stick on nail polish strips from Incoco. I like they way they glitter and sparkle in the light. Check out http://www.incoco.com and Rock On!

Back on Track
Hello! I am back from a Short hiatus. I have more interests since two years ago. I love InCoco. They sell the best nail polish strips. I am a member of Pinelake church in Brandon, MS. I sing in the choir. Creatively, I have grown. I have some pictures to share.
These are from Easely Amused. I love the Flamingo and Fleur the best. I will be posting more in the days to come.

Ch...Ch...Ch... Changes... Changes to My Blog
In anticipation of buying My Digital Studio from Stampin' Up! next month, I am changing up some things on my blog. I have already deleted a few widgets. And I also add a new widget. I am shopping around for a new background. I am adding a few pictures to this post. These pictures are of some paintings I did at a local painting studio called Easely Amused.
